SimPrice Privacy Policy

SimPrice is developed by Sim Tasarım. This Privacy Policy explains what information SimPrice processes, why it is processed, and how merchants can contact us about privacy.
Information SimPrice processes
SimPrice processes only the information needed to provide its product measurement and pricing features. This can include:
- Store domain and Shopify store identifiers.
- App installation, authentication, and session information.
- Product and collection identifiers and titles.
- SimPrice unit-rate metafields assigned to products.
- Store currency and SimPrice configuration information.
- App subscription and entitlement status.
Storefront calculations
When a customer uses the SimPrice calculator, product identifiers, width, height, and quantity are processed to calculate and verify the requested price. Width and height can also be passed to Shopify as cart line properties so the selected measurements remain associated with the cart item.
SimPrice does not independently store customer profiles, customer contact information, or order records in its application database.
How information is used
Information is processed only to:
- Authenticate merchants and operate the app.
- Manage product and collection unit rates.
- Calculate and verify measurement-based prices.
- Apply verified pricing in the cart.
- Provide bulk operations and undo functionality.
- Confirm active SimPrice subscription status.
- Maintain security, reliability, and troubleshooting logs.
Sharing of information
We do not sell merchant or customer data. Information may be processed by Shopify and by infrastructure or service providers that are necessary to operate SimPrice. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Data retention and deletion
SimPrice retains app session and operational information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.
SimPrice supports Shopify's mandatory privacy requests. When a valid shop deletion request is received, stored SimPrice session records associated with that shop are deleted.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information processed by SimPrice. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Merchant choices
Merchants may uninstall SimPrice at any time. Privacy or data requests can be submitted using the contact information below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when SimPrice features, processing activities, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
